Currently, OCI has a ProgressPercentage that is supposed to tell us what page the user was last on. After talking with Matt, this progress field is saved on the OCI page in OnBase and is not always accurate.
Kyle would like for us to have a clean way to determine what the last step they stooped on was that we can trust.
